Group Sales

Please read through the information below and then contact us to discuss the particulars of your group. A reservation is considered to be a group booking if the amount of people is 10 and more.

Accommodation
 

We offer clean, safe, and modern rooms that range from dorm-style accommodation (4- to 10-beds) to private rooms, all rooms are with shared bathrooms.

Linens, towels, and housekeeping services are always provided free of charge.

Meals

 
We are happy to arrange breakfasts and/or dinner specials through nearby vendors.

Rates are determined on a group-by-group basis and vary depending on group size, length of stay and any additional items requested, such as meals…

Booking Conditions

 

  • Group bookings are subject to availability.
  • To reserve a booking, we require written confirmation (via fax or e/mail) and a deposit for the first night’s accommodation (or 20% if it is a 1 night stay)
  • Full payment for the entire booking can be made in advance or upon arrival at the hostel. Payment can be made in Estonian Crowns or Euros, or Credit or Debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), or bank transfer.
  • Changes can be made no later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or other changes received less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.

STEP 1:


  • Contact us to discuss the details of your stay and any particular needs for your group. We will help you select the best-suited solution for your stay at our hostel in Tallinn as well as determine your rate.

    STEP 2:

     

    • We will send you a preliminary group booking with rooms’ breakdown, rates and all other details, which you will have to review and confirm..


     

    STEP 3:

     

    • Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will wait for the prepayment or full payment from you. As soon as this payment is done, we will return to you a confirmation of your reservation. Please bring this confirmation with you when you check in! 
    •
